The outdoor garden area is a perfect spot for winding down after a day of exploring, particularly with a glass of local wine in hand.
Although the location just outside the city walls is picturesque, the walk into Lucca can be a bit strenuous, especially if you're not inclined to walk much.

Charming hotel, the idea of having twin/double room was great. The restaurant was great for breakfast, I tried excellent dishes. There was extremely comfy bed, a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels😃❤
Everything is what i need and want!

The pool access isn't included, a bummer . Our room was excellent and cozy.

The mattress in my room was on the firmer side, which might not suit everyone, and the bathtub in the master bedroom was deeper than expected, posing some challenges. While the breakfast spread was good, it could have benefited from more varied bread options like whole grain, and the parking fees felt a bit high since they weren't included in the room rate. Some drinks at breakfast weren't served cold, which could be improved as well.

missingWrote a review on 16 Jultiny roomridiculous bathroom
Room was tiny and definitely not the luxury suite I was expecting, but I suppose that's par for the course these days. The bathroom was utterly ridiculous, with a tub so deep it reminded me of I was climbing mount Everest. I woudl ve been more forgiving if I had received a complimentary drink or a gracious welcome gift. How disappointing!
